So, my daughter sees me writing blog posts, Facebook posts, and Instagram posts all the time. And yesterday after the excitement of doing her first real dive, she wanted to write her own post!

My Diving Lesson

At first I could not believe in myself to be able to do dives off the dock. And then I did it! So now I believe in myself a lot! 

So you should never not believe in yourself even though you can't do it. So try!
