If you've ever wondered what the Beachbody workouts are like, you can actually give them a try online for FREE! If you sign up for the free 30-day On Demand trial, then you can view the sample workouts! It's actually pretty easy, and you can stream the sample workouts on your computer, iPhone, iPad and TV. The free On Demand trial is called the Team Beachbody Premium Club Trial Membership. Signing up is easy!

Now that you've signed up for your free trial, follow the link below and sign in to On Demand by clicking Sign in in the top right of the screen.

Once you have signed in, you can stream the free workouts. The following steps take you to the free 21 Day Fix sample workout, Total Body Cardio. Follow a similar path for sampling other free workouts, too. Scroll down to see a full list of the free workouts available. To get to the 21 Day Fix sample workout, click Program at the top of the screen.
STEP 4
Click by Trainer in the Program dropdown menu.
STEP 5
Click Autumn Calabrese for 21 Day Fix.
STEP 6
Click unlock now 21 Day Fix. (Don’t worry, you don’t need to pay for premium to see the next page. It’s still free.)
STEP 7
Click the sample workout white button, and you’ll get to watch Total Body Cardio from 21 Day Fix for free!

How to get the best results from the Beachbody workouts
Now that you've had a chance to sample the workouts, here is how you get the BEST results from the Beachbody programs. The best way to get results is by following both the exercise routines PLUS the nutrition programs and joining my motivational, small accountability groups. I host monthly private accountability groups on Facebook offering daily tips and motivation. I take you step by step through preparing for the programs and following them. What's so great about my communities is that everyone in the group helps everyone else. We are like-minded moms with similar daily lives and challenges. We share victories, stories, recipes, menus, challenges and lift each other up on days that are just plain hard.
