Marinated Asparagus

Need a tasty side for dinner? We came up with an easy, fast, clean vegetable side that is also 21 Day Fix approved.

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Italian Dressing Spices 
1 teaspoon of mustard (the spice)

Preparation

Prepare the dressing by placing apple cider vinegar, Italian Dressing Spices and mustard into a small container. Mix dressing with small whisk. Set aside.

Wash asparagus and remove woody ends. Steam asparagus until bright green. Place hot asparagus in a small dish. Immediately pour dressing over asparagus. Stir occasionally and let sit until asparagus returns to room temperature.
