Quick, clean and delicious whole wheat garlic bread

At our house we make an adaptation of the traditional garlic bread, only the recipe is clean and 21 Day Fix approved! This is also a great side for the our Fresh Vegetable Lasagna with Goat Cheese recipe!

Ingredients 

thinly-sliced Whole Wheat Bread
extra virgin olive oil spray (Mistos are great for this)
Himalayan salt
fresh garlic or garlic powder 
dried oregano
onion powder
chili powder (optional)
dried basil (optional)
dried parsley (optional)

Preparation 

Spray thinly-sliced Whole Wheat Bread with extra virgin olive oil. Rub with fresh garlic or sprinkle with garlic powder if you're out of fresh. Sprinkle lightly with Himalayan salt, onion powder and chili powder (if your little palates can handle it). Feel free to add other spices like dried basil and dried parsley got even more flavor!

Broil in the oven on a rack 'til lightly toasted. If you don't want burned toast stay near the oven and check often! These little guys scorch quickly!
